How do you get Game Clear?
The Japanese text records reaching the end of the story. The English text records collecting every costume. Costume Complete is the separate badge whose lines agree on the full wardrobe. The badge record does not print the final scene.
How do you use Game Clear?
Use Game Clear as the story check and Costume Complete as the wardrobe check. Do not grind all 48 costumes only because the English Game Clear line says so, and do not ignore a block the game itself shows. The comparison guide puts both lines and the award counts in one place. Chaptered videos place this badge after the bulb birds.
