How do you get Costume Complete?
The badge is awarded for collecting all 48 costumes. The games record does not publish the 48 item names or their locations. One player report says iron boots let the doll walk through a puddle. That single report is not an item catalog.
How do you use Costume Complete?
Chase this badge when the goal is the full wardrobe. It is separate from Game Clear. Chaptered videos that claim all costumes place this badge at the end of the run, after Game Clear. Missing names should be checked in those videos, not guessed from an older browser game.
